Dr. Kyle Farley joined the practice in 2018. He graduated from The Ohio State University, and then attended medical school at the University Of Pikeville- Kentucky College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky. He completed his residency at Western Reserve Hospital. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Farley is an active staff member at both Aultman Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. He is also a member of the American College of Osteopathic of Family Physicians.
W. Scott Hawkins, MD
Dr. Hawkins joined Family Physicians in 1999. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio and then attended medical school at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and Pharmacy, where he was Valedictorian. He received the Douglas M. Evans Surgery Award in 1991. He completed a Combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Aultman Hospital Family Medicine and at Summa Health System. Dr. Hawkins is Board Certified by the Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Hawkins is an active staff member at both Aultman Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. He is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians, College of American Pathologist, American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, and the Stark County Medical Society.
Edmund Wymyslo, MD
